Rare Method

Sandor was contracted by Rare Method between November 2007 and March 2008 to assist us with the development of a comprehensive e-business strategy for one of our key clients, Telcordia Technologies.

Working as the lead strategist on the project, Sandor worked closely with me and other members of the Rare Method team to develop a strategy. This strategy included a three-year project roadmap with prioritized tactics, budgets, human resource requirements and timelines.

The project was challenging. Past efforts to move our client's interactive program forward had failed, the client's web site was outdated, technical limitations constrained development efforts and the client had just started to advertise online. To advance our client's thinking, Sandor produced several best practices presentations to educate our client on the possibilities provided by digital marketing and web technology.

As a result of Sandor's work we have a deeper strategic relationship with this client and have been successful in advancing digital marketing opportunities with them.
