To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is provided for TeamThink Principal Sandor Kiss regarding his work with Pump Interactive.
Pump contracted Sandor Kiss in July 2009 on a part-time basis in a business development role to increase sales and diversify our client roster. We tasked Sandor to:
1. Build a sales and marketing plan
2. Develop sales processes/systems
3. Respond to all sales inquiries
4. Develop proposals
5. Carry out direct sales efforts
6. Manage relationships with top accounts
Sandor became active in the business development role shortly after our 2010 Year End began. This fiscal year turned out to be a difficult one as the recession impacted our business. Existing accounts pulled back spending significantly and the stream of incoming leads we typically received subsided.
Despite this, Sandor helped us replace most of the lost revenue with revenue from new clients. He also built a strong sales pipeline that led to new sales for the 2011 Year End which will see our revenue increase between 80% - 100% compared to 2010.
Sandor was also instrumental in securing a breakthrough account, Travelodge Canada, for our company through persistent direct sales efforts. Travelodge is our first nationally recognized account and will become our largest client.
While Sandor's focus has been acquiring new business his account management skills and marketing expertise has nurtured our client accounts leading to organic business growth. He has also provided us with general business consulting and introduced processes and structure to help us grow and improve our service delivery.
Sandor is a positive influence in our office. He has met all of our objectives and expectations and is a valuable member of our team. We look forward to continuing to work with him in the future. We are pleased to provide a professional reference for Sandor Kiss.
