The following letter is in reference to Sandor Kiss and the contract he fulfilled at Ingersoll 10 Development Ltd. I have known Sandor personally for over 5 years and during that time have developed immense respect for his work ethic and knowledge. It is due to this that I approached Sandor with the proposition that he develop our web site and help with additional marketing in September 2002.
Our company is a land development that specializes in multi-use and multi-unit residential developments. The Colonnade was to be the marquee project that the web site and marketing was to revolve around. The in-depth market research provided by me and subsequently Sandor proved that Calgary had a desire for the Colonnade.
Sandor's first contract was the web site. Then he provided us with in-depth information on what the platform should include and industry comparisons. We were confident that we would have an expandable, informative and easily navigable web site. The end produced exceeded our expectations and also came in under budget which impressed us immensely. The web site today is the benchmark within our industry.
Upon completion of our website, noticing the detail and depth of professionalism Sandor displayed we contracted him to helps us with our image branding and marketing. This particular contract included researching real estate, developing marketing materials, and advertising while developing an accurate budget. Once again Sandor in a timely manner and under budget helped us develop a marketing campaign that set us apart in the industry. Over night Ingersoll 10 established itself securely within the market place. Our image was bold and distinctive and it attracted the exact market segment we sought.
What impressed me the most about Sandor's work was how he integrated all the elements of the web site and marketing in order to track all information. This one aspect alone enabled us to track the response from our marketing, it in turn enabled us to trim our marketing budget and become more effective in attracting our target market.
Sandor in the end helped us create cutting edge marketing and helped us stay under budget. I cannot personally say enough about his work ethic and his clear, concise approach. Sandor was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to use in the future or recommend him to anyone.
