This letter is provided for TeamThink Principal Sandor Kiss, and his work as an independent contractor for Critical Mass.
In March 2009 I hired Sandor to assist to work on a significant project with our client AT&T. I was the planning director for the project and was responsible for its delivery. Sandor was contracted as a strategist for a long term vision development project. The centerpiece of this project was the I5 Summit, a two-day workshop with our client that involved in-depth brainstorming and exploration of key topics to foster discussion to stimulate breakthrough ideas.
Sandor led the competitive market research activity; helped to conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitated workshops and supported our planning team with their research and presentation development efforts.
Sandor's approach to the work was rigorous and professionally executed. The overall result was a highly informed insight deck that helped CM communicate the competitive landscape for our client. During the actual two-day workshop, Sandor acted in the role of a speaker/expert around the material he presented and was a key member of our moderator team during the actual brainstorm activities.
Sandor's final deliverables far surpassed my expectations and his level of keen insight and strategic approach for the material he produced were key in making the I5 Summit a success. We would not have been as successful without his assistance.
