This letter is provided for TeamThink Principal Sandor Kiss regarding his work with Collins Barrow Calgary LLP "Collins Barrow."
We hired Sandor in July of 2010 to provide consulting services to help Collins Barrow improve our sales and marketing efforts. Specifically we identified four objectives: a) create a sales and marketing oriented culture among our partner group; b) increase sales; c) improve our sales processes; and d) improve lead generation.
To achieve these objectives I collaborated with Sandor to create a comprehensive engagement that included conducting an assessment of the current state of our sales and marketing situation; executing workshops; and working with our partners in one-on-one and group coaching sessions. The final output will be a personal sales and marketing plan for our partners and a consolidated sales and marketing plan for our Calgary office.
To deliver this engagement Sandor teamed up with Brian Pleet of Strategico Marketing Group as a co-consultant. He felt that Brian could add value given his in-depth sales and marketing expertise and ultimately deliver a better product.
Since hiring Sandor for this engagement, I contracted Sandor to produce an advertising campaign to promote succession planning services. Sandor formed a virtual team including a graphics designer and copywriter to strategize on the campaign and produce the collateral.
I believe Sandor added value to our firm by increasing the knowledge and confidence levels of Partners to build and grow their practices. Sandor also can quickly build a team of professionals to deliver on our needs and act in a project management function which makes my life easier, while injecting sales and marketing professionalism to the project.
Sandor's approach to the engagement was to quickly build rapport with myself and other Partners and he worked with us in a collaborative way to customize the engagement to meet our specific needs and timelines.
