Success

After developing a brand strategy for an Engineering Solutions and Asset Management Services Firm, TeamThink oversaw the production of the company's web site and print collateral. TeamThink worked with the company's graphic design vendor to develop the brand identity and developed copy. After defining web site requirements, TeamThink produced a request for proposal that was submitted to three vendors. TeamThink assessed the proposals and helped the client select a vendor. The client cited several key benefits after the project was completed:

While working for an airline, TeamThink's principal was a co-lead for web site upgrade. Responsibilities included reviewing customer research and obtaining input from call centre agents to summarize customer needs; developing a business case to secure nearly $1 million to invest in the upgrade; requirements gathering; project oversight and stakeholder communications to support change management. Many new features were successfully implemented to make booking and managing travel easier.

TeamThink oversaw the development of a web site and marketing collateral for a real estate developer constructing a mixed-use residential condominium, retail and commercial building. After developing the marketing plan, TeamThink oversaw the production of brochures, ads and a web site. TeamThink managed a campaign that included media relations, street signage and print advertising that drove traffic to the web site. Each advertisement was tagged with a unique web site address so the team could determine the most effective advertising publications. The campaign drove 900+ visits to the web site. On average, visitors viewed over 20 pages and 97 prospects registered to attend a VIP show suite grand opening to become the first buyers of condominium units.
